INGREDIENTS
1/3 cup Hoisin sauce
1/2- 1 tbsp sriracha
4 cloves garlic
1 tbsp freshly ground ginger
INSTRUCTION
Add to a sauce pan and allow to bubble until it reaches the desired thickness. If it reduces too much you can use water or chicken stock to thin it out. I like to dip my Cauli-bites into this sauce, but you can also make it thinner and toss the cauli-bites in it.
This is my final-final-FINAL-draft-1.docx of the Keg cauliflower bites sauce. I tried a bunch of different recipes and varying ingredients, but as I mentioned in the Cauli-bites recipe, and I really tried to recreate what I remember the sauce tasting like from the Keg like 2 years ago. It definitely still needs a taste test next to the original but the holidays are over and now I need to get this body rite and tite. I definitely plan on ordering them on Uber Eats (not sponsored just better than DoorDash and Skip lol) and comparing, lemme get down 10 pounds first, dang.
