All Aboard the Hot Mess Express
Hey there, I'm Jade. Thanks for checking out my website, I hope you found what you were looking for. I'm a dental hygienist from the Canadian west coast. I live with my furry roommate, Charlotte, and my food tester, Jordan (he tests everything for poison, of course) in a tiny downtown apartment with an equally tiny kitchen.
I've always been interested in cooking and creating my own recipes, but I never had a reason to start my own cooking blog until I got an AirFryer for Christmas. My first mission was onion rings. I tried countless recipes, staying up until the wee morning hours, but they all assaulted the roof of my mouth and got the boot. After many strikeouts and a handful of F-bombs, we made it bay-bee. The Air Fryer Double Battered Onion Rings were perfected and now I needed to share them with the world.

Things I Do
Food
Look, I'm 5'2" and I'd love to live my life like a house cat and eat whatever I want, but that's pretty hard when I can only eat 1200 calories a day if I still want to fit in my favourite coat. That being said, I'll keep ya posted on low-cal swaps that don't taste like cardboard.
Teeth
Registered tooth fairy since 2018 and I wouldn't have it any other way. It was a long journey through school and I can genuinely say I'm so happy it's over. (Btw, you're bleeding because you don't floss.)
Art
From tattoo design to pottery, I like to (attempt to) dabble in it all. I was that kid who would get 3 art sets for Christmas every year because they didn't know what else to get me. (Also my projects kept my brain busy during quarantine and for that I am forever grateful)
